GrooMore accounts are managed entirely by GrooMore. To sign in, go to groomore.com and use the Login link in their site header, which opens the GrooMore web app, or open the GrooMore app on your iPhone or Android phone. GroomBoard is a different company and a competing product. We have no access to GrooMore accounts and cannot reset a password or recover a username for you. For that, contact GrooMore support directly.

If you are signing in to pull your client list because you are weighing up a switch: GrooMore exports to CSV, GroomBoard imports that CSV during the 7-day free trial, and migration help is free. Most groomers finish the move in under 30 minutes.

Where GrooMore genuinely wins

A native app in both stores, and route-aware booking. GroomBoard orders a booked day into the shortest drive with real drive times and texts any client whose time moved, but it does not yet weigh drive time while you are picking a slot for a new appointment. If you want the software steering where new bookings land on the map, GrooMore does that today and it is not something we can talk you out of needing.
