Most groomers go from "first signup" to "first booking on GroomBoard" in under 30 minutes. Exporting your client and pet list from your old tool is usually 2–5 minutes. Setting up your services, hours, and booking page is about 15 minutes. Importing the client/pet CSV and adjusting any edge cases is the last 10 minutes. We help live if you get stuck.

Clients (name, phone, email, address, notes), pets (name, breed, weight, allergies, behavior notes, vaccination records), and your service catalog (service names, durations, prices). Past appointment history can usually be imported as a CSV reference but is generally easier to let new appointments accumulate naturally — most owners report that historical appointments are rarely consulted after the switch.

Almost no one does. Clients book through your new GroomBoard booking page link, get the same SMS confirmations and reminders, and see your business name as the sender. The only client-facing change is that you share your new booking link once — many groomers post it once on their Google Business Profile, Instagram bio, and a single email blast and that's it.

Yes — and we recommend it for the first week. Keep your old booking link live, set up GroomBoard with the 14-day free trial, do a few test bookings, and then flip your booking link in your Google profile / social bios over to GroomBoard. There is no obligation to commit on day one.

Nothing. Migration help is included with the 14-day free trial. There are no setup fees, no migration fees, no per-record charges. Once you decide to stay, you pay $19/mo (Solo) or $39/mo (Salon, up to 5 groomers) — that is the entire cost.

Most grooming software offers some kind of export — sometimes it is buried in settings, sometimes it requires an email to support. If your tool has truly no export, we can help you rebuild from scratch — most solo groomers can re-add their active clients in 20–30 minutes.
