Pawfinity accounts are managed entirely by Pawfinity. To sign in, go to pawfinity.com and use the Account Login link in their site header, which opens the Pawfinity dashboard sign-in. Pet owners have a separate pet parent login on the same portal. GroomBoard is a different company and a competing product. We have no access to Pawfinity accounts and cannot reset a password or recover a username for you. For that, contact Pawfinity support directly.
