Running a salon with multiple groomers means juggling schedules, preventing conflicts, and keeping everyone organized. GroomBoard's Salon plan gives you a multi groomer calendar where you can see everyone's schedule side by side. Each groomer has their own availability, and the booking page automatically shows open slots across your team. No more whiteboard schedules or texting back and forth about who's available when.
One calendar, a column per groomer, the whole team's schedule in one look. It replaces the whiteboard, and more usefully it replaces the four texts asking who is free at two.
Working days, start and finish times, days off and breaks are set per groomer, not for the salon as a whole. Your booking page only offers a slot when the groomer who would take it is actually working.
Step by step
Add each groomer to your salon with their name, services they offer, and individual availability.
Your booking page automatically shows available slots across all groomers. Clients pick a time, and the system assigns an available groomer.
View all groomers' schedules at once. Reassign appointments, manage days off, and ensure balanced workloads across your team.

Your first hire is the scariest and most important step in scaling a salon. This source cited guide covers the IRS classification rules that catch owners every year, how to structure pay, and how to find and keep good groomers.
Most groomers try to grow by booking more dogs, and burn out before the business gets bigger. Real scaling means adding capacity profitably. This guide covers the order to do it in: max out your solo numbers first, know your unit economics, then add staff and chairs without losing money.
